If tcg777 has reasonable grounds to believe a Player is under 21, the Account will be immediately suspended pending age verification. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the payment source; any winnings accumulated will be forfeited.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify tcg777 support immediately at [email protected]. tcg777 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a Player's failure to keep login credentials secure.

tcg777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including before processing any withdrawal. Accepted documents typically include a government-issued national ID (NID), passport, or driving licence, together with proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documents within a reasonable period may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure.

tcg777 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following Bangladeshi mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). International wire transfers, cryptocurrency, and credit/debit card payments are not currently supported.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
• Deposits are credited to your tcg777 balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• tcg777 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits made from payment accounts not registered in your own name may be declined or subject to additional verification.
• tcg777 reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits at the account level, including for responsible gaming purposes.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to availability.

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback, reversal, or dispute of a legitimate deposit through your payment provider will be treated as a breach of these Terms. tcg777 reserves the right to suspend the relevant Account, freeze any balance, and pursue recovery of funds by all available means. Players found to have used fraudulent payment instruments will be permanently banned from the platform.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by tcg777 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as these general bonus conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

tcg777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Players will be notified where reasonably practicable, but tcg777 is not obligated to provide advance notice for withdrawal of ongoing offers.

• Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the default wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 20× (deposit amount + bonus amount).
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 7 days of the bonus being credited. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will expire and be removed from your account at the end of this period.
• While a bonus is active, the maximum stake per bet or game round is ৳500. Bets exceeding this limit during a bonus period may be voided, and winnings generated may be forfeited.

All bets are subject to tcg777's acceptance. tcg777 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on events where the outcome may already be known to the bettor, bets placed in error at incorrect odds, or bets forming part of a suspected arbitrage strategy. Bets accepted by the platform are binding once confirmed, subject to the provisions below.

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or data feed failure that results in the display of incorrect odds, incorrect game results, or erroneous payouts, tcg777 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts. tcg777 is not liable for losses suffered as a result of any Player's reliance on erroneous information displayed due to a technical fault.

• Sports bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant sporting event as declared by the governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football).
• In-play bets are settled on the state of play at the time the bet was confirmed, not at the time of placement.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, tcg777's specific event rules will govern settlement. In most cases, stakes on abandoned events are returned.
• Cricket bets for matches reduced by weather follow Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes as official.

Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tcg777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption to service.

tcg777's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You may request closure of your tcg777 account at any time by contacting the support team. Any verified Real Money Funds balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC completion. Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

tcg777 reserves the right to close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the Account has been used in breach of these Terms, for fraudulent purposes, or in any other manner that tcg777 considers inappropriate or harmful to the platform or other players. In cases of fraud or material breach, any balance held in the account may be forfeited.
